ive noticed im getting a little pouchy and i dont want that. i want a bikini ready body before summer gets here, and im really going to push for it. day one started this morning. it went well me and Max ran/power walked for a good 1.5 miles. i figured thats a good starter. and by the end of all of this i will be running 3-5 miles every other day. cross my fingers.
i k now max will love this whole running thing.
he LOVES being outside and on his leash.
once i grab his leash out of the closes he goes nuts.
its cute.
but im really out of shape and i dont like that.
i think im going to make a schedule of what part to exercise.
and work around my work schedule. good plan.
This is awesome its one of the main reasons i decided to start working out.
if some guy tries to beat me or something, then i can turn around and kick their ass.
buuut in my current state of physicalness i cant. not even close. i would just curl in to a ball.
(not really)
but i dont want people to look at me and be like, ohhh shes just too weak and cant do anything.
im going to prove them wrong.
so heres to getting fit!
